The performance Tics tics politics was awarded the Prize for an original theatre expression on the international festival KONTAKT 2009 in Torun, in Poland and the award in the section LOW BUDGET/NO BUDGET on the Music theatre NOW festival in Berlin!

Sound composition four performers and four microphones voice, rhythm, words, syllables, sound.

The political roundabout debates reality and converts it into meaningless debris and tatters. The mechanism which converts the Man into the Politician can barely be amended, far less governed. Not that we, common mortals, are somehow better off. It plucks and tosses us about also, and a Man becomes a Client, a machine with which to use the Earth.

„I was guided towards creating this composition by the malnutrition of urban upheaval, reading books on sociology, the inspiration of the spoken poetry of Austrian poet, Ernst Jandl and a meeting in person with French composer, Jean-Christoph Feldhandler."
