STEREOPRESENCE / Cristina Maldonado
OPENING NIGHT!
Stereopresence will be a visual essay exploring the ambiguous boundaries between the physical and the immaterial, the real and the imagined, the present and the absent. The performance, inspired by early video art experimentation, captures a “dual-channel” presence that is simultaneously real and virtual, exploring the symptoms of degenerative memory that accompany senility and dementia and delving into imagined worlds, both private and collective.

Every ordinary moment holds the potential of an extraordinary moment. Using a video installation, performer
Cristina Maldonado reveals folds and layers in the present moment, as if rewinding a short period of time back and forth until she can open up a narrow crack in non-reality, demonstrated by optical feedback, where real objects and relationships are condensed in fractal patterns articulated by a language unknown to us.

A performance on the borders of ritual, concert, dance, ballet, and opera. The new premiere of Handa Gote and Finnish performer Pasi Mäkelä!
The Rite of Spring is a concert performed on toys, found objects and old gramophone records, but also a cacophonic opera and a lunatic slapstick show about a battle between two principles.

Wakushoppu announces the program for the first half of 2013
Wakushoppu, a non-commercial platform for improvised music and art, announces its fourth series. The program, whose curators are Tomáš Procházka (aka Federsel; music projects: B4, Radio Royal, Federsel & Mäkelä, theaters: Handa Gote, Buchty a loutky) and Petr Ferenc (HIS Voice magazine, music projects: Phaerentz, Birds Build Nests Underground, Radio Royal) offers another dose of improvisation, insights in creative workshops, temporary cooperations, videos and performances.

November according to Handa Gote: Festival Still-life 3!
The third edition of the festival by Handa Gote: Still-life. The festival takes place throughout November 2012 in the theaters Alfred ve dvoře and Archa, in café V lese and in the private club Ferenc Futurista in Černošice. The Twelve Merciful - new site-specific project of Boca Loca Lab created in collaboration with german actor Dominik Stein for the festival 4+4 Days In Motion.
